CANCELLATION POLICY

We aim to provide outstanding dental care for our patients. No shows, late arrivals and cancellations not only inconveniences our dentists, but also other patients.

Whilst we appreciate there may be occasional unavoidable situations that warrant last minute changes, we have recently had an increase in the number of missed appointments.

Please see below our policy regarding cancelled and/or missed appointments.

CANCELLATION NOTICE

When you book your appointment with us, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients. If you are unable to attend your appointment, the following notice periods are required:

Appointments are in high demand and advance notice will allow other patients to access an earlier appointment.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

CHARGES FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

Charges shall apply in the event a patient does not attend the appointment (“no show”) or if a patient fails to provide the required Cancellation Notice as outlined above.

The practice shall take a £30 deposit to reserve time for routine appointments, and £100 for planned treatment appointments.

We will charge a cancellation fee of £30 per half an hour scheduled appointment time.

We know your time is valuable, but ours is too.

Out of respect for our staff and other patients we ask that you take this into consideration when cancelling appointments.
