We took the children from our childminder to visit the dentist, to help them understand the importance of looking after our teeth. Dr. Sheetal was very friendly and approachable with the children, explained clearly how to look after our teeth and how we clean them. She showed the special dentist chair which the children were able to sit on. At the end of the visit the children received a goodie bag with a brush, toothpaste and some fun activity sheets to complete. I had a dental hygienist appointment earlier today, and I was very impessed with the experience before, during and after my appointment. Upon arrival, Varsha at reception was particularly friendly and accommodating - and during the procedure, I felt really well taken care of. This is because a lot of care was taken to minimise pain whilst also ensuring that my teeth were properly cleaned. My comfort and well-being was constantly checked on and a lot of reassurances were provided. These efforts were much appreciated as I'm very happy with the results, and I didn't experience much discomfort at all. After the appointment I had a conversation about oral health, cleaning techniques, product options and my next steps for treatment. This felt like a genuine conversation with my best interests at the forefront of the discussion, and at no point did I get the impression I was being sold to or being pushed towards other random services. Very refreshing. Overall it was a very positive experience wherein I didn't feel rushed or taken advantage of; and with competitive prices, I can see myself coming here more often (as opposed to some of the other dental clinics I sometimes visit in Harrow).

Fantastic dental surgery. I had been looking for a place to go for a while and was immediately at ease from my first consultation. The team are all nice and very friendly. I’ve been visiting this dental practice for nearly three years now seeing Dr Sheetal Kaur, and every single appointment has been a testament to their professionalism and quality of care. Whether it’s routine checkups or hygiene appointments, the service is consistently excellent—punctual, thorough, and delivered with genuine care. I’ve also had a couple of larger treatments done, including teeth whitening, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything was explained clearly, the procedures were smooth, and follow-up appointments were thoughtfully arranged to ensure everything was progressing well.
